With 27,000 BTU | 29.1MJ | 9.6kW of power across three independently controlled burners, it heats quickly and delivers consistent results for everything from fast searing to weekend roasts.
The high hood allows you to grill with the hood up or create convection cooking with 360° heat circulation. Interchangeable vitreous enamel cast iron grills and flat plates add flexibility, while accessory options such as the teppanyaki and rotisserie kits expand cooking possibilities.
