Bonbraai Lid

The Bonbraai lid is an aluminum lid that fits over your tabletop braai and can be used for roasting or simply keeping your food protected from the elements and insects.

Use between 12 and 18 briquettes for a roast chicken. Once lit, spread the coals to the outer ring of the braai. Place the drip tray in the centre of the braai with water and smoke wood chips a moist, smoky, tender finished product.
